It is a condition of registration with Car App that you agree you will be able to place 6 free adverts per year for cars for sale and 10 adverts per year for advertising other items. Once you have reached the maximum number of free adverts, a small fee will be charged for each advert in that year if no upgrades are selected.The entitlement to free adverts is not guaranteed and Car App Limited reserves the right to cancel entleiement to free adverts without notice. You accept that Car App Limited will maintain your advertisements for the agreed duration and will take all reasonale steps to backup your advertisement data and use this for restoring advertisements in the event of an unforseen system failure. However, Car App Limited does not guarantee any or all advertisement will be restored. Acts of war, civil unrest, meteriological impacts and other unforseen catastrophies may impair the availability of your advertisement on Autostore_USA in effected geographical locations.
You agree that any liability from Car App relating to an advertisement will not exceed the price paid by the user to place that advertisement. If you have selected SMS and Telephone contact when placing your advertisement, your telephone number will be displayed on the specified advertisement on which you checked the tick boxes to allow SMS messages and telephone contact from people, companies or legal entities interested in the item you have advertised. You have the right to delete your account on Car App at anytime, your account and all data will be removed from live systems with immediate effect and it will be removed from achieved system backups within 28 days.
